PRODUCT INFORMATION "KRYOSHEET" The graphene thermal sheets of the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used excellently as an alternative to thermal pastes from the upper performance segment. Similar to the Carbonaut sheets, they have an adaptable surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut sheets, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity as a high-end product. This increased thermal conductivity is not only due to the choice of material, but also due to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet does not contain any liquid components and is therefore not subject to ordinary aging as is the case with traditional thermal paste. Drying out is not possible. NOTE ON USE WITH HIGH PERFORMANCE HEATSPREADERS AND DIRECT-DIE COOLERS When thermal sheets such as Carbonaut and KryoSheet are used between the CPU die and the HPHS, insufficient mounting pressure may result in reduced heat dissipation.
