Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy defines prohibited activities and enforcement procedures. Full policy text will be added.

Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use the Services to: transmit illegal content; distribute malware or viruses, or perform hacking, port-scanning, or denial-of-service attacks against any network; send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties; or use the Services in a way that disrupts DeltaNET's network or other customers.

Fair Use

Where a Service is marketed with an “unlimited” or best-effort data allowance, this is subject to a fair use policy: DeltaNET may apply traffic management, or contact Customers whose usage significantly and repeatedly exceeds typical usage for their plan and materially affects network performance for other customers.

Security Requirements

Customers are responsible for securing their own equipment, credentials, and networks connected to the Service, and must promptly notify DeltaNET of any suspected compromise, unauthorised access, or credential leak affecting their account.

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, permanent termination of the Service, and/or referral to law enforcement, depending on severity. Where reasonably possible, DeltaNET will notify the Customer of the violation and provide an opportunity to remedy it before suspension, except where immediate action is required to protect the network or third parties.

Reporting Abuse

To report suspected abuse of DeltaNET's network or Services, contact support@deltanet.com.mk with relevant logs, timestamps, and source information.
