We process personal data to perform a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for example, to provision and bill for Services; to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) — for example, tax and accounting record-keeping; on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for example, network security, fraud prevention, and service improvement; and, where required, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for example, marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
How We Use Data
Personal data is used to provide, bill, and support the Services; to monitor and secure our network; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including those applicable to electronic communications and financial record-keeping; and, where you have consented, to send you information about products and offers. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Data Sharing
We share personal data with processors who act on our instructions, including payment providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, accounting and invoicing systems, and, where required, upstream carriers for call routing. We disclose data to public authorities where required by law or a valid legal request. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
