DeltaNet app terms of use
Terms of use for the DeltaNet mobile app for Android and iOS. Effective 07.11.2026.
Scope
These terms govern the use of the DeltaNet app (“the app”) by DTU DELTA-NET 2023 import-export DOOEL Kumanovo (“DeltaNet”). The services themselves (internet, mobile, hosting) are governed by your contract and the General Terms at deltanet.com.mk/en/legal/terms; shop purchases by the order terms and the Return Policy. By using the app you accept these terms.
Accounts and sign-in
“My DeltaNet” uses the account from your contract (phone number, e-mail or internet username). The shop uses a separate deltanet.com.mk account, with e-mail and password or Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and phone secure; tell us at once if you think someone else accessed your account. We may end sessions for security reasons.
Information in the app
Usage, plan balances and network status are shown for information and may be delayed or approximate. Billing follows the invoices we issue and the records under your contract.
Payments
Invoices and orders are paid through the bank/card processor's payment pages or by bank transfer. Card details are entered with the processor; DeltaNet never sees or stores them. Shop prices are in MKD including VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shop
An order is concluded when we confirm it. Availability and prices may change until confirmation. Delivery, returns and warranty follow the Return Policy (deltanet.com.mk/en/legal/returns) and consumer protection law.
Notifications
The app sends notifications about invoices, services and support, and about offers only if you turn them on. Each type can be turned off in Settings → Notifications.
Permitted use
Use the app only for your own accounts and lawful purposes. You may not modify, decompile or misuse it, call our servers automatically, access other people's accounts or overload the service.
Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. The app, the DeltaNet logo and content remain DeltaNet's property. Google Play and the App Store are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app.
Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is”. It may be unavailable due to maintenance or faults, and we may change, extend or discontinue parts of it. Availability of the services themselves is governed by your contract and SLA.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DeltaNet is not liable for indirect damage from using or not being able to use the app. This doesn't limit your consumer rights or our liability under the service contract.
Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time and delete your shop account (Settings in the app or deltanet.com.mk/en/legal/delete-account). We may restrict access if these terms are breached.
Privacy
How we process personal data is described in the app privacy policy: deltanet.com.mk/en/legal/app-privacy.
Governing law
The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies. Disputes go to the competent court in North Macedonia, without affecting your consumer rights.
